This course is
designed to firstly look at the common commercial issues which you
should be aware of when delivering public sector services, as well as how to avoid
or manage the key risks which may arise. Following a short refreshment break and a chance
to network, we will then look at what issues you should be aware of when
considering what type of legal entity is required for you to achieve your organisation’s
values and aims. We will then walk you through the different types of unincorporated
and corporate legal structures which may be used as a vehicle for your organisation
– charitable or non-charitable.
This course will be
delivered by leading experts in the field of public service
partnerships who use their experience and expertise to provide practical training
for delegates.
