This seminar will look at the key steps in setting up an academy school and look at documentation for different types of academy procurements as well as touching on governance, property and development issues. It will consist of 2 short presentations designed to minimise time away from the office including refreshments and a chance to network with colleagues working on other Academy Schemes. The course will be delivered by two experienced practitioners and will provide practical advice and know-how to help ensure your academy project is a success.
