Care services are facing a huge challenge in responding to shrinking budgets, demographic trends and demands for more personalised services which deliver positive outcomes.

We work with local authorities, central government and their service providers to develop strategic partnerships, contracts and new provider 'spin-outs' in adult social care, children's services, welfare and offender management services.

We have advised on the creation of county-wide charitable joint-venture companies and strategic partnerships which provide care services across the counties of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.

We are also increasingly involved in advising on new joined-up models for service provision, such as NHS LIFT projects and multi-use integrated care developments, combining residential and intermediate care with a range of primary care services co-located on site.

We work with Probation Trusts and other agencies in creating new models for offender management.
