I am TPP Law’s Practice Director and head of the Support Team. I am responsible for HR, Premises, Facilities Management, Finance, ICT, Office Procedures & Policies, Quality Management and Business Development. I am one of the firm's Directors and form part of the firm's senior management team responsible for corporate strategy.
My role is to assist and support the other Directors and legal staff in a strategic capacity to ensure the delivery of high quality legal support to our clients. I have extensive experience of the workings of law practices and broad project management skills and I am passionate about developing new solutions for innovative working to achieve high quality outcomes.
In just under six months of TPP Law Limited being established, I with the assistance of my team directed the firm to its achievement of Lexcel, the Law Society's quality Mark for practice management. I also played a key role in assisting the firm achieve the National Standard for Investors in People and re-accreditation with Lexcel under the new 2004 Standard with commendation. In October 2008, we won the Law Society award for Excellence in Practice Management Standards.
Before joining TPP Law, I worked for leading London law firms in a variety of roles mostly specialising in legal information technology holding positions as IT helpdesk manager, training manager, capital budget manager and business development manager, specialising in Microsoft applications, time and document management, contact management and financial systems software.
