I specialise in employment law and have over 4 years experience in both contentious and non-contentious work. Prior to joining TPP Law I advised on the full spectrum of employment-related legal matters and have a particular interest in transactions involving the transfer of undertakings. My clients have ranged from charities and local authorities to multi-national companies. In addition to a specialist knowledge of employment law my prior experience extends to commercial matters and litigation. I pride myself on providing clear, concise and innovative solutions to challenging problems.
In my current role at TPP Law I have been developing my knowledge of public sector powers in relation to outsourcing services and of the formalities required to set up mutuals and social enterprise organisations. Since joining TPP Law I have had the opportunity to carry out pro bono work for the third sector including updating factsheets and delivering trainings sessions.
My passion for employment law has led me to become an active member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association having assisted with a number of responses to Government consultations. As Membership Officer of the London Young Lawyers’ Group I am keen to support young lawyers embarking on their legal careers.
Qualifications:
LLB Honours degree in Law from the University of Essex
Legal Practice Course with merit, College of Law, London
Admitted as a solicitor in 2007
