This morning saw the launch of the Transition Institute, a new organisation set up to support public services in making the transition to new delivery models, such as employee-led mutuals and social enterprises. The institute is the brainchild of Social Enterprise London and NESTA. TPP Law is proud to be a founding supporter. The Institute will be actively seeking partners to help them produce guidance and best practice.
Mark Johnson, Managing Director, TPP Law said “There is a pressing need for a central bank of resources, expertise and information which public sector managers can turn to for support around this agenda. I believe that the Transition Institute will play a vital role in collating and disseminating that know how.”
