TPP Law Expands Range of Expert Services

Specialist public services law firm TPP Law is enhancing its range of high quality services with the appointment of employment law specialist, Gemma Brown.  Gemma joins after four years working as an employment lawyer with Abbey Protection Group Plc.

Gemma has a wide range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters advising public, private and third sector clients. She has a particular interest in projects involving large-scale TUPE transfers.

Commenting on her appointment, Managing Director of TPP Law, Mark Johnson said: “We are delighted that Gemma has joined our team at this exciting time. The Government’s ambitious public services reform programme and the need for innovation in the face of public spending cuts, means there is a high demand for our services in helping public, private and charity clients to set up more partnerships and contracts in public services. Many of these involve complex workforce issues and Gemma’s experience and practical approach will be invaluable in guiding clients through the regulatory maze.”

Gemma commented: “I am excited to be working with TPP Law on projects for clients that are often breaking new ground in spinning ventures out of public services into alternative social enterprise or mutual models.  In addition I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to develop the employment law services offered by the firm to the wider public.  TPP Law has an established, client-centric approach which demands practical, often innovative, responses from us as legal advisers. That means challenging yourself to think in a different way and that’s what makes working with the TPP Law team such an exciting prospect.”
