LLB Honours degree in Law from the University of Bristol

Associate Director & Solicitor

Before joining TPP Law as a Senior Assistant Solicitor, Peter previously held positions as Principal Solicitor with the London Borough of Redbridge, Partner with Travers Smith Braithwaite and Assistant Solicitor/Associate with Herbert Smith. He was made an Associate Director of TPP Law in April 2007.

Peter has broad experience in company commercial and property law. His recent work includes major property disposals for redevelopment and a variety of regeneration, housing, leisure, schools, ICT and community care projects in the local authority sector. His experience will be applied to assisting with complex property, construction and corporate issues.

Peter’s earlier experience involved working for a wide variety of commercial clients including banks and financial institutions, property developers, property investors, manufacturing and service businesses, private equity financiers and public bodies.

His recent work includes advising on the opening of Academies and BSF projects, the disposal program for 18 surplus schools sites intended for redevelopment, proposed partnership arrangements between a local authority and a further education college for the creation of a sports village, the reprovisioning of a number of care homes under partnership arrangements between a care provider, a housing association and a County Council.
