Laura Giles

 

Paralegal

Laura joined the team at TPP Law in February 2010 and is developing her knowledge and legal skills in the field of Public Private Partnerships. Her responsibilities include case and file management, undertaking research tasks and assisting directors and assistant solicitors with client assignments.

Currently Laura is helping to advise a private consortium tendering for the Oldham BSF scheme which will deliver investment of £230m to transform secondary schools in the area. She is also assisting with the preparation of legal documentation for the development of a £7 million integrated healthcare campus project in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Laura has been assisting with the preparation of a bespoke FM Agreement, Nominations Agreement and Staff Transfer Agreement with regards to the operational aspects of the project.

After graduating with a degree in English from the University of Manchester, Laura completed the GDL and LPC with distinction, receiving a First Class LL.B from The College of Law in 2009. Prior to joining TPP Law she gained legal experience at several large commercial firms as well as in-house at a large construction company.
