David Wall

Assistant Solicitor

David joined the team at TPP Law in November 2007 and is keen to apply his skills and knowledge in the context of Public Private Partnerships and Private Finance Initiatives. He is responsible for undertaking research tasks on behalf of clients, drafting and amending legal documents and attending client meetings to assist directors and assistant solicitors where necessary.

His work involves researching and advising on Third Sector clients’ options for social enterprise structures: their choice of corporate vehicle and the relative advantages of each. David also assists clients with general commercial, company secretarial and compliance issues.

He advises on engineering consultancy appointment documents for a number of national projects covering various construction services.

David has been providing legal support for a variety of BSF schemes, including the London Boroughs of Ealing and Lambeth. These involve Ealing’s Wave 5 project and Lambeth’s £200m procurement of a new Local Education Partnership and the first Parent Promoter Foundation School in the county. Most recently, he has been assisting with a consortium’s bid to become the private sector partner to a North West local authority procuring new schools and facilities through BSF.

David graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Leicester in 2004, completed a Master’s degree in Law in 2006 and received a Commendation having completed the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2007.
