Amanda Topham joined us in May 2006
as a consultant solicitor who will provide support on all aspects of major projects
and regeneration
including PFI.
For the last 16 years Amanda has practiced in non contentious construction and engineering
law, and specialised in PFI and major projects work, advising on procurement strategies
and structures in
relation to complex building and infrastructure projects and provided
innovative drafting solutions.
Amanda has extensive experience of local authority PFI and Framework schemes and has worked in
senior capacities for Hammonds Solicitors and Addleshaw Goddard.
She has a particular background in advising on housing and schools PPP projects.
She has acted on a variety of PFI, DBFO, BOOT and other major schemes for both local
authorities and private consortia. She most recently acted for Ashford Borough
Council in closing the Stanhope Social Housing PFI and is currently acting as legal
representative on the Liverpool City Council BSF Project Team in respect of their BSF framework and strategic alliance project.
