Before joining TPP Law, Pav worked as a Commercial Solicitor in the Legal Services Department at the London Borough of Richmond, where she also trained and qualified as a Solicitor.

Before joining the London Borough of Richmond Pav worked as sole in-house legal advisor for Winkworth Franchising Limited where she advised the Chairman and Board of Directors on corporate matters and commercial disputes.

Pav has experience not only in local authority and procurement matters but has been involved in planning and property-related transactions for example, in relation to a number of regeneration projects, and has also advised on a variety of property and planning related queries and disputes.

Pav advised on the re-tendering of the London Borough of Richmond’s building cleaning services as well as various other procurement projects where she advised on specifications, tender packs and correct procurement procedures. She also has experience in advising on Local Government powers and governance, and providing general contract advice.

Pav has been providing support and advice in the healthcare sector, where she has been advising Providers and Commissioners including a variety of Third Sector organisations and social enterprises, regarding the commercial and contractual issues relating to the various social enterprise models, setting up social enterprises, bidding for contracts, and partnership/consortium working.

She has also advised Primary Care Trusts, and an NHS LIFT Company on various legal issues including procurement.

Pav has experience in advising and assisting in commercial and property matters related to large care partnership projects.

Pav is currently providing support and input on four major BSF schemes advising Local Authority’s, a bidding Local Education Partnership, as well as supply chain organisations. Pav advises on a range of procurement and property related matters on a range of PPP schemes.
