PFI
Revenue support in the form of PFI credits from the Department of Culture Media
and Sport has been relatively limited to date, with only 8 projects supported in
this way. However, DCMS announced a further wave of projects in 2005. We have advised
on several pathfinder projects in this area, including an award-winning PFI project
for the provision of a new central library for Brighton & Hove City Council.
