TPP Law Celebrates Double Panel Success

Specialist public services law firm TPP Law has been appointed to two new legal framework agreements established by leading public authorities.

The firm has been appointed to the North West Development Agency’s (NWDA) new panel for contracts and corporate legal work. The panel, which takes effect from mid-February, will cover work on commercial contracts, grant funding, charity law and formation of new corporate vehicles.

NWDA serves a region with almost seven million inhabitants and 252,000 businesses. The regional economy is estimated to be worth £119 billion, making it the UK’s largest regional economy.

TPP Law has also been appointed by Surrey County Council and the 11 surrounding district and borough councils in Surrey to the panel for the supply of legal services for leisure and cultural projects.

Both agreements will last for four years.

Managing Director, Mark Johnson commented: “Public authorities are increasingly attracted to working more closely with fewer firms through panel arrangements to drive value for money and higher service standards. TPP Law is delighted to have been chosen by these authorities, following intense competition, to provide specialist legal support on public services and infrastructure projects.”
