NEW APPOINTMENTS
Following our recent success at the Law Society Excellence Awards we are pleased to announce the appointment of three new assistant solicitors. They are Anna Shadbolt, who joins from Shadbolt & Co LLP, Iftikhar Ahmad, who joins from Beachcroft LLP and James Hudson, on completion of his training contract with the
firm in January.
Managing Director, Mark Johnson, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Anna, Ifti
and James to our team of specialist lawyers. We are expecting
a period of growth in public sector outsourcing and capital projects as part of the
Government’s fiscal stimulus package. With these latest appointments and our depth of expertise in this
area, we believe we are well positioned to seize new opportunities.”
Anna qualified this year with Shadbolt & Co LLP and before that held paralegal
positions with Lovells and Simmons and Simmons. She has experience in contentious
construction, corporate/commercial and commercial property. She has also completed
a client secondment to Group 4 Securicor has part of her training. She graduated
from the University of Exeter with a BA Hons in History and Sociology. She will
work with TPPlaw’s Social Care sector team.
Ifti qualified this year with Beachcroft LLP. Before that he held two six-month
work placements with Office of the Solicitor, Commercial Department and Apple Computer
(UK) Limited. Ifti has experience in commercial property and employment and pensions.
Ifti graduated with Brunel University, London with a LLB in Law 1st Class Honours.
He went on to do an LLM Master of Laws at the University of London (Kings College).
Ifti will work with TPPlaw’s healthcare sector team.
